Pekin Duck — Tender, Mild, and Raised Right
Our Pekin ducks are pasture-raised with care, living full lives with access to fresh air, clean water, and a varied diet of grains, vegetables, and grubs. The result? Meat that’s tender, succulent, and delicately flavored—perfect for roasting, grilling, or slow braising.

Known as the gold standard in duck meat, Pekins grow quickly and develop full, broad breasts with a clean finish thanks to their white feathers. Their mild flavor makes them a favorite for chefs and home cooks alike—rich enough to feel indulgent, but never overpowering.

Whether you’re preparing a classic confit or a simple skillet sear, our ducks deliver honest flavor from birds raised with respect. No shortcuts. No confinement. Just good food from good stewardship. Pekin duck typically weighs between 5 to 7lbs.*

  • Pond-Loving, Egg-Laying, Flavor-Making Farm Stars
Our Pekin ducks are more than just waddling charm—they’re a hardworking part of the farm, raised for both rich, oversized eggs and tender, flavorful meat. These snow-white beauties spend their days dabbling in the pond, foraging through pasture, and enjoying a varied diet of grains, fresh vegetables, and all the grubs they can snatch.

Their eggs are prized by bakers for their richness and structure, while their meat is mild, succulent, and perfect for roasting or confit. Raised with care and plenty of room to roam, our ducks live the good life—splashing, sunning, and snacking in the Colorado breeze.

No cages. No shortcuts. Just happy ducks doing duck things—and producing food that’s as honest and nourishing as the land they live on.
