Our Berkshire hogs are pasture-raised and supplemented with a roasted corn and soybean feed, producing high-quality pork with excellent flavor and marbling.
Pricing
Half Hog: $7.50 per pound (hanging weight)
Price includes harvest, professional cut and wrap, standard cuts (chops, roasts, ground), and delivery from the processor. No additional butcher fees.
Optional Add-Ons
Sausage (links, patties, brats): $1 per pound
Cured and smoked cuts (bacon, ham): $3 per pound
Details
Final take-home pork is typically about 60 to 65 percent of the hanging weight. All pork is professionally processed, vacuum-sealed, and ready for your freezer.

USDA Pork Cooking Guidelines
Cook all raw pork steaks, chops, and roasts to a minimum internal temperature of 145°F (62.8 °C) as measured with a food thermometer before removing meat from the heat source. For safety and quality, allow meat to rest for at least three minutes before carving or consuming
