- Processor Options: You’ll choose between two trusted local processors—we’ll provide contact info and help guide the process
- Cut Instructions: You’ll work directly with your chosen processor to customize your cuts. We will send you the cut sheets when it is close to time for your pigs to go in.
- Processing Fees: Due directly to the processor before you can pick up your pork. If we cover the cost for delivery, then it will be added to your final balance (cost varies by cut choices, packaging, and which processor you choose).
- Final Balance: Due once hanging weight is confirmed and processing is complete
- Pickup/Delivery: Free Pickup/Delivery for Half and Whole Hog orders. (For orders for the Denver/Metro area, we will meet you in Brighton, CO.
