Guinea Fowl
Guinea fowl are part of the same scientific family that includes pheasants, turkeys, chickens, and grouse. But before you invest the time and money into them, you should understand they are not known for their intelligence. Guinea Fowls are native to West Africa they thrive on foraging for bugs like ticks and grasshoppers. Guinea Fowl are the TRUE farm watchdogs. One of the few benefits of them being so loud and flighty is that they are often the first to spot predators and they will immediately sound the alarm!
